Our Story
Our story began in 1999 when Stephen Easterbrook started as a rigger, learning early on that safety must come first. This belief shaped our culture and set the foundations for what would become Pilbara Access in 2007, and later rebranded to Breight Group in 2020. We now host a number of companies within the consortium including Breight Training, our training centre, and Bundara West our First Nations Australian workforce solutions service.
Our business is built on respect, integrity, safety, and excellence. We invest heavily in training to ensure our people meet the highest standards, and we create a workplace where individuals feel supported and able to grow.
As we continue to grow, our focus remains on setting industry benchmarks through innovation, safety leadership, and skills development – delivering lasting value for both clients and employees.

The Story Behind our Name
The Breight Group name reflects both a nod to our founder, Stephen EasterBRook and our history of working at hEIGHTs. Our logo carries that legacy forward – engineered with precision to represent clarity, strength, and connection.
The icon is made up of four interlocking planes, built from consistent geometric angles and curves that ensure balance and scalability. These forms suggest modularity and movement—symbolising our capabilities in mechanical, access, and electrical services.
Paired with a custom wordmark, the logo is a disciplined expression of our brand. The yellow dot above the “i” adds a subtle note of focus and intent—a quiet mark of precision.
More than a visual identifier, the logo reflects the integrity, structure, and vision that define Breight Group.
