Chief Operating Officer
Michael brings over 35 years of resource sector expertise, delivering significant operational leadership through his ability to manage large-scale, complex projects across oil and gas, iron ore, and critical minerals, both domestically and internationally. His combined trade and commercial background ensure we navigate high-level negotiations confidently, maintain strong client relationships, and keep a sharp commercial focus without compromising operational excellence.

With over 37 years’ experience across banking, finance, and commercial advisory, he brings deep expertise supporting Western Australia’s largest public and private companies across mining services, manufacturing, transport, logistics, retail, and agribusiness.

Non-Executive Director

With over 30 years of international experience in mining, he has led complex projects, operational teams, and joint ventures across multiple commodities with Nathan River Resources, Fortescue Metals Group, Rio Tinto, and Alcoa World Alumina.

Luke Hall
Non-Executive Director
Luke is a Non-Executive Director, providing expert legal guidance that underpins our governance and strategic decision-making. As a corporate and commercial lawyer, he specialises in infrastructure and major resources projects, with deep expertise in contract negotiation, procurement, and project development across EPC, EPCM, ECI, D&C, and O&M arrangements.
Luke’s experience advising on acquisitions, divestments, shareholder agreements, royalties, and commodity or utility sales, combined with his knowledge of claims management under the Building and Construction Industry (Security of Payment) Act 2021, ensures we navigate legal and commercial complexities confidently. His insights help protect our interests, optimise risk management, and strengthen operational and strategic outcomes.

Ben Woodall
Manager of Operations
Ben is an accomplished Operations Manager with experience across onshore sites, offshore oil rigs, and processing platforms. He has successfully delivered complex projects, including construction, asset upgrades, shutdowns, and decommissioning, while leading multidisciplinary teams to safe and efficient outcomes.
At our company, Ben drives operational delivery, shutdown planning, and stakeholder engagement, fostering continuous improvement and adherence to project scope, standards, and client requirements. His leadership and industry knowledge ensure resources are optimised, performance is maximised, and projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

Senior Projects Manager
Andrew is a Senior Operations and Project Manager with over 30 years in the heavy industrial sector, including leadership roles at BHP, O’Donnell Griffin, Civmec, and Aerison. He has successfully delivered complex, large-scale projects across multiple disciplines nationwide.
Andrew leads the project services team, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and aligned with client requirements and company standards. His management of large-scale projects strengthens our operational performance, optimising resources, and maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety across every engagement.

Human Resource Manager
Alana is a Human Resources Manager with broad experience in employee and industrial relations, workforce planning, and organisational development. She has led HR functions across large-scale projects and operations, driving recruitment, learning and development, performance management, and cultural initiatives.

Jeremy has more than 25 years of experience in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality across multiple industries. He has implemented robust HSEQ systems, led risk management programs, and fostered a culture of safety and continuous improvement over multi-site operations.
