Joanne leads our Treasury Function and serves as Company Secretary, providing strong guidance on financial management and corporate governance. Sake is our Chief Financial Officer, providing expert leadership across finance and business management to support the growth and success of our company. With over 28 years of international experience and a foundation from a Big 4 accounting firm, he enhances our financial strategy, risk management, and operational efficiency through innovative systems and processes.

With over 37 years’ experience across banking, finance, and commercial advisory, he brings deep expertise supporting Western Australia’s largest public and private companies across mining services, manufacturing, transport, logistics, retail, and agribusiness.

Greg is an influential Non-Executive Director, providing strategic guidance and governance that strengthens our decision-making and long-term growth. With over 30 years of international experience in mining, he has led complex projects, operational teams, and joint ventures across multiple commodities with Nathan River Resources, Fortescue Metals Group, Rio Tinto, and Alcoa World Alumina.

Luke is a Non-Executive Director, providing expert legal guidance that underpins our governance and strategic decision-making. As a corporate and commercial lawyer, he specialises in infrastructure and major resources projects, with deep expertise in contract negotiation, procurement, and project development across EPC, EPCM, ECI, D&C, and O&M arrangements.

Luke’s experience advising on acquisitions, divestments, shareholder agreements, royalties, and commodity or utility sales, combined with his knowledge of claims management under the Building and Construction Industry (Security of Payment) Act 2021, ensures we navigate legal and commercial complexities confidently. His insights help protect our interests, optimise risk management, and strengthen operational and strategic outcomes.
